Project Profile: Department of Homeland Security
MAI assisted the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) in developing a Contract Analysis Report. This Report included a review of all existing Information Technology (IT) contracts for the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) and Program Management Office (PMO) Divisions. MAI assisted in defining present operations by analyzing the nature and extent of current IT contract support to OCIO. After completing the Contract Analysis Report, MAI developed Performance Work Statements (PWS), Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans (QASP), performance standards, metrics, and service level agreements to consolidate the DHS Headquarters’ IT contracts. MAI also provided source selection evaluation support services to both the OCIO and the Contracting and Procurement Office. This effort divided existing requirements for program management services, engineering operations, build outs, data center services, operational services, end user services, application services, security services, asset management, and telecommunications into two separate solicitations.
